Ella Louise Trahan Rollings

Ella Louise Rollings, 88, of Beaumont passed away Friday, September 16, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She had a green thumb and she loved gardening. She was very talented, when she was younger, she played the guitar. She was always an excellent artist and could draw anything. She lived through some hard times, but she was a strong woman. Before anything else, she loved her family the most

She is preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Mary Trahan; husband, Bennie Rollings; sons, Billy Rollings and Donnie Rollings; siblings, Betty Cotton, Charles Trahan and V. W. Trahan.

 She is survived by her children, Debra Rollings of Beaumont and Bobby Rollings and wife, Carrie of Hutto, TX; brother, Herbert “Bubba” Trahan and wife, June of Sour Lake, 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 6 nieces and nephews.

Her family will receive friends at Lumberton Family Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday September 18, 2016. The funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 19, 2016 at Lumberton Family Funeral Home, officiated by Jim Woods. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.

Serving as pallbearers will be Bobby Rollings, Bennie Rollings, Jimmie Trahan, Donnie Monteaux, Terry Proctor and Brian Rollings. Honorary pallbearers are Justin Wendling, Timmy Trahan and Bubba Trahan.
