Asa Foux

Asa Foux, 88 of Beaumont, TX passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Beaumont, Texas on August 22, 1928 to Valentine Foux and Edith Foux. Asa served in the U.S. Army as an engineer during the Korean Conflict. While in France, Asa’s French speaking skills landed him an active duty role as an Interpreter, a duty which he was very proud of. He was a member of the Sabine Carpenters Local. Asa was a kind and loving gentleman who loved animals and never spoke ill of anyone.

Left to honor his memory are his brother, Franklin Foux of Beaumont; grandson, James Sullivan of Arizona; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Peggy Foux; daughter, Gloria Sullivan; and parents.

Graveside services are to be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland, TX.
