Allan Roy Garrett

Allan Garrett, 68, of Zavalla, Texas passed away on February 1, 2018. Allan was born on November 15, 1949 to Wilbert “Hardrock” Garrett and Lee Audrey Garrett.

Allan was an amazing dad and he loved his family very much. He was a long time native of Lumberton, Texas but after he retired from Mobil Oil he moved to Zavalla, Texas to enjoy the lake. Allan loved to hunt and fish as well as bowling.

He is preceded in in death by his parents, Wilbert “Hardrock” Garrett and Lee Audrey Garrett; wife, Rosalee Garrett.

He is survived by his children, Jody Garrett and wife, Margo Garrett of Loveland, Colorado; Angie Jinks and husband, Clayton Jinks of Moss Bluff, Louisiana. Siblings, Linda Calder and husband, Richard Calder of Vidor, Texas; Ronnie Garrett and wife, Fay Garrett of Dripping Springs, Texas; 7 grandchildren, nieces and nephews and loving friend and caregiver, Melodie Sammons.
